日本にて芸能や舞台撮影、NPO等の活動記録、企業の研修会やリクルートページ、飲食店、美容院、某アパレル、雑誌などの撮影を多数担当。自然なポートレート撮影に定評がある。

2007年より撮影業務開始。
2014年より東京レインボープライドの撮影。
2017年は撮影部隊のリーダーを担当。
photographer Leslie Kee 氏が撮影する、特定非営利活動法人Good Aging Yellsによるカミングアウト応援プロジェクト”Out In Japan”の記録撮影を担当。
女優・タレントの東ちづる代表一般社団法人Get in touch主催による世界自閉症啓発デー"Warm Blue"2015-2017 の活動記録撮影を担当。
2017年ノーベル平和賞受賞の瞬間を高田馬場ピースボート本部にて撮影。
Work With Pride 2017 表彰式を経団連ホールにて撮影。
ＮＨＫ大河ドラマ「直虎」の字題作者Maaya若杉氏のライブパフォーマンスを東京プリンスにて撮影。
２０１９年４月より拠点をシドニーに移す。

Koichi Ogihara aka Toboji is a self-taught photographer who has moved to Sydney in April 2019 from Tokyo,Japan.
Toboji was born in 1979 and developed an interest in photography in high school. He worked in the cosmetics industry for 5 years until 2007 when photographer Kunihiro Takuma’s album “Blue Note” inspired him to leave his job and focus on his own photography.
Toboji began his career as a photographer since 2007.
In June 2010 his work was featured in Kodansha’s Weekly Morning magazine (a popular mainstream magazine in Japan) and he continues to contribute to a number of publications in the areas of various musicians, actors, documentaries, events, theatres & stages, magazines, NPOs etc..
